Q: Where are you based, and how is travel charged?
A: Travel is charged at £2 per mile from CF44 (applies across packages).
Q: Do you charge VAT?
A: Yes - prices are listed + VAT unless stated otherwise.
Birthday Party Enquiries
Q: Do you do dinosaur birthday parties?
A: Yes - parties include a ranger-led experience and photo opportunity.
Q: What's the starting price?
A: From £400 + VAT + travel (£2 per mile from CF44).
Q: What are the venue requirements?
A: Indoor venue preferred, ground-floor access, adequate space, and close parking.
Q: What info do you need to provide a quote?
A: Please send: postcode, venue type, number of children, and preferred date/time.
Public Dinomania Events (Ticketed)
Q: What time are your shows?
All public shows run at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Q: How much are tickets?
- £3 - Children 1 and under
- £12 - Children aged 2+
- £12 - Adults
- £8 - Carers (proof required)
- £40 - Family Ticket (2 adults + 2 children)
- + £1.80 booking fee per transaction

School Workshop Enquiries
Q: How much are school workshops?
- Baby Dinosaur Workshop: £200 + VAT
- Standard Dinosaur Workshop: £350 + VAT
- Travel: £2 per mile from CF44
Q: Are school workshops available for commercial events?
No - school workshops are for schools only and not for commercial use.
Q: What space do we need?
- Standard workshop: requires a large hall
- Baby dinosaur workshop: can be delivered in classrooms
Q: What equipment is needed?
A: A screen/projector/TV is preferred for the video elements.
Q: What access requirements do you have?
A: Ground-floor access only and close van parking are required.
Q: How many pupils can you accommodate?
- Standard capacity: 1 class (30-35 pupils)
- Maximum: Up to 2 classes per session if the hall is large enough
Q: What time do you arrive for morning workshops?
A: We arrive at 9:00am, with the first session at 9:30am.
Q: What do you need from us to book?
A: Please provide your full school address, contact number, and confirmation / billing email.
Q: Any extra tips for the day?
A: A coffee for the ranger never hurts - they perform even better with one in hand!
Commercial Workshops / Indoor Events
Q: What is the commercial indoor event package?
A: Two 1-hour shows including fossils, games, baby dinosaurs, fun facts, videos, a walking dinosaur, and a live egg hatch.
Q: What's the price?
A: £1,300 + VAT + travel (£2 per mile from CF44).
Q: What are the requirements for indoor commercial events?
- Power for the PA system
- Screen/projector preferred
- Audience seated
- Staff supervision provided by organiser
- Suitable van access
Dinosaur Variety Package (Commercial - Walking Appearances)
Q: What is the Dinosaur Variety Package?
A: A premium walkabout package for high-footfall commercial events (shopping centres, festivals, corporate days). This is not a stage show - it's roaming dinosaur interactions.
Q: What's the price?
A: £1,000 + VAT + travel (£2 per mile from CF44).
Q: What does the venue need to provide?
- Large open space
- Ground-floor access
- Close van parking
- Venue-provided marshals
Town Centre / Outdoor Events
Q: What's included in the town centre/outdoor package?
A: Three 45-minute dinosaur shows, walking dinosaur appearances, baby dinosaurs, meet-and-greets, and photo opportunities.
Q: What's the price?
A: £1,900 + VAT + travel (£2 per mile from CF44).
Q: What are the outdoor requirements?
- Power preferred
- Gazebo space: 6m × 3m
- Performance area: minimum 6m × 8m
- Pedestrian barriers
- Marshals
- Weather-dependent adjustments may be needed
Bramble Appearances
Q: What is a Bramble appearance?
A: A shorter visit featuring Bramble and Ranger Chris, including meet-and-greet, photos, and light educational interaction.
Q: How much does it cost?
Starting from:
- 15 minutes: £100 + VAT
- 30 minutes: £150 + VAT
- 45 minutes: £200 + VAT
- Plus travel (£2 per mile from CF44).
Q: What do you require on-site?
- Indoor or sheltered area preferred
- Ground-floor access

Charity Requests
Q: Can Dinomania support our charity or fundraiser?
A: We receive a high volume of requests and can only support a limited number. All requests are considered.
Q: Will you reply either way?
A: If your request is successful, we'll contact you. If you don't hear back, we're unable to support it at this time - but we wish you the very best with your event.
Collaboration Enquiries
Q: Do you do collaborations and partnerships?
A: Yes - including social media collaborations and brand partnerships.
Q: Will you reply to every collaboration request?
A: Due to the volume of enquiries: if we're interested, we'll reply. If you don't hear back, we won't be moving forward - but we wish you all the best with your project.

Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: For best availability, book as early as possible - especially for peak seasons (summer holidays, October half-term, Christmas period).
We open our diary for the following year from September.
Q: Can you run multiple sessions in one day?
A: Yes, depending on the package, venue space, and schedule. Tell us your ideal times and we'll advise what's possible.
Q: Is your content suitable for children with additional needs?
A: We aim to be inclusive and can often adapt pacing, volume, and interaction. Share any requirements in advance so we can plan.
Q: Do you need changing facilities / storage space?
A: A small secure space nearby is very helpful for kit, props, and quick resets (especially for walking dinosaurs).
Q: Are your dinosaurs safe around children?
A: Yes - our experiences are structured and supervised. We'll also require organiser/school staff supervision, particularly for large audiences.
Q: Can events be held upstairs?
A: No - we require ground-floor access only.
Q: Can we use your images/videos for marketing?
A: Usually yes, but agree this in advance (especially if children are visible) and ensure you have the right photo permissions.
