A: Yes, both adults and children need a valid ticket for all of our shows.

Q: Do you provide carer tickets?

A: Yes, we do offer carer tickets at a discounted rate, and these can be found on our website.

Q: Are your school packages available outside of term time?

A: No, our school packages are only available during term time. However, we do offer event workshop packages that can be booked outside of term time.

Q: How big are the dinosaurs?

A: Our large walking dinosaurs are at least four meters long and two meters tall, so we need a large space and ground-floor access, as they can't go up or down steps.

Q: Can the dinosaurs perform in the rain?

A: We can perform in light rain, but weather conditions like heavy rain or strong wind may cause delays or cancellations for safety reasons.

Q: Do we have to sit on the floor at your events?

A: No, we have seats for those who require them

Q: What age are your events targeted at?

A: The events are suitable for all ages from toddlers to grown ups BUT please bear in mind that the dinosaurs are quite realistic and you know your child better than us.
